Enter your name and company or branch in the profile area
and click the Chat button to the right of the "name"
field.
A new screen will pop-up on your browser, there will be a list of
attendees to the right and chat text to the left (if nobody is listed, you are
alone). To send a message, enter text
in bottom left field and press enter. To get more information on members, click on their
names to the
right (You may also send personal messages to them via this
option).
Note: you may enable an audio alert that will
inform you when someone enters the room by selecting "options" then ""entrance
alert" via the chat screen. Then you may reduce the window from your workspace to perform other tasks
until meeting starts.
